True. These tails do have the built in resistors. The reason I attached resistors over an above was to try and eliminate the rapid flash....which it hasn't.
By chance do you have HID headlights? I've been wondering if the rapid flash isn't being caused by a headlight error code?
I too have the Eagle Eyes and they are fantastic! They look way better than the escalade lights due to the third bar. Only thing that I find quirky is that when I have my foot on the brake, the signal light in the tail will flash opposite of the side mirror....and then when I take my foot off...
I too have the Weathertech floor mats and i'm 100% stoked on 'em. The fit is slick as they're pretty well molded for the fronts, the second row, and with the 3rd row removed. I'll grab some pics later for those wanting to see what the Cashmere looks like. The 3rd row removed cargo area mat has...
Not sure if you've acted on this yet, but if your garage is full of fumes then DON'T START the vehicle! Put the vehicle in neutral and push it out onto the driveway/street. Gasoline vapors are highly flammable!
Poor timing, but hope all works out safely and well!
Ethanol is an extremely inefficient additive in gasoline so you shouldn't be noticing any significant performance gains. This is probably the largest drawback to ethanol...with the added exception that it expends more carbon to make ethanol than gasoline, but that's another discussion.

Check the written law.
I live in Canada and recieved a ticket for the same violation (except it was a Cavalier with GTO blackout covers). However, the Vehicle Equipment Act states that the lights on the rear of a car "must emit a red light" and nothing about what distance they need to...
I had your exact issue with the exception that it happened after I had the Tahoe sitting for a week. When I came back from holidays I started it up and...nothing! No nav, no turn signal chime, no OnStar, natta....
I took it to the dealership and they said it all checked out with no issues...
I'm in the same boat...I didn't hook it up because I didn't knwo where the blue wire went...now that I know I don't want to open the dash up again as it was a serious pain in the ass to stuff all the wires back there.
I'm not sure if that's exactly correct either. When you activate teh lockpick to add addresses or whatever while in motion, the vehicle on the navigation screen stops moving. The vehicle is tricked into thinking it's not moving. An additional reason why I don't think it's splicing into the GPS...
Actually, a true synthetic is good for year round use. Even in warmer summer months the engine benefits by cooler operating temperatures and enhanced ability to suspend engine soot and grime.
But yes, a 0W__ provides even greater benefits for those with cooler winters.
I used to use Pledge, lemon scented, on my motorcycle's plastic when there were visible scratches. Do you think pledge would work on the type of material you have for the dash? It definately get's scratches and swirls out!
The flip screen has to be turned on with the remote. If you're worried about battery life for playing when the vehicle isn't turned on then it might be a good idea to get a second battery installed.
