Have you done any modifications to the vehicle? If so, figure it out and try to fix it before you take it in. They will not cover if so.

I would personally suggest getting the 4300K HID bulbs. They are what you would find on most other vehicles. The reason why the light "goes everywhere" is because our factory headlamps are not designed for HID's. The only way you can have the "cut off" for an HID is to modify your stock unit...

Unplugged or snapped off?

I finally yanked out my D3 after all the frusteration that was involved. The factory DVD player will not communicate properly with the D3. The factory head phones will not work NOR will the rear audio command center. The only thing I found advantageous with the D3 was the more "up to date"...

What does that solve (cordially)? The CD slot accomodates both NAV and DVD discs. Having an IPOD only helps you listen to IPOD while the DVD is in use? Right?
