You may want to pull the driveshaft and check your u jopints I just had to replace mine and it's an 03 Z71 too. Or you could put your window down and let it idle in gear. When it is rolling if you hear squeking noise then it's your u joint. Mine in the rear was bad. Hope this will help you...
I use to be on a race team that raced in the USAR Hooters ProCup and back in like 2002 or so we had to run spin tech mufflers, they were heavy and not very good quality but I would hope that they have changed their ways. Just my input.

Have talked to a couple of different people with bigger systems and they all say the "Yellow Top" is the way to go. Also saw a lotta pics on here where others have the yellow top.
