When they label cars FlexFuel in the United States they are referring to E85 (85% ethanol 15% gasoline).

I would not assume Flex Fuel means propane/LPG unless it specifically says so.

I try to get OEM when I have the choice. I only pursue aftermarket if it's clear that it's better or the same as OEM.

Owner's manual should have the specs for your transmission fluid.

Or you can disconnect the negative cable from your battery for a few minutes and let everything clear out/reset itself. You'll lose all your settings though - radio, etc., but it might clear things...

Synthetic oil will run longer without breaking down. If you change it based on the Oil Life indicator provided on your vehicle you will be more than safe.
