HELP! My key fob(s) are acting up. They work while I'm in my truck. When I exit my truck they work for about 5 -10 seconds. Then they no longer work until I put the key in the door handle. It's like it goes to sleep or forgets it. Any ideas!!!
I roll 26's as well. I have the 5.3 engine with stock brakes and drive mine everyday without any problems. Due to mine being low I had to cut and trim the inner plastic fender wells but no one notices. I have never payed attention to gas milage, so I can't comment on that. It sounds like you...
Not sure for those subs. I'm running the RF Power 1500 amp to three 12" JL Audio W3's. I have the amp turned way down due to my truck rattling like a tin can
Correct
I bought Belltech 2" front spindles and 4" rear springs. Instead of buying 1" front springs I just cut 1/4 of a coil off the stock front springs. Perfect height for 26's. I'll try again to post some pics
Ya 2/3 will rub with 26's and even a little with 24's. I'm 3/4 and it rubbed pretty bad. I cut and trimmed the plastic inner pieces. Now I have just a little rubbing. I can handle a little rubbing for looks :D Go spindles! They ride much better than springs.
I have HID's and a high powered stereo system. I just replaced the stock battery with a Optima yellow top. You might want to just start with replacing the crappy factory battery.
I wish I would have went air ride. I have 26's and lowered with Bell Tech 2" spindles and cut a 1/4 of a stock coil off. The rear is lowered with Bell Tech 4" springs. I trimmed a lot of the plastic inner fender wells. I still have a little rubbing, but it's just plastic. The ride is not bad...
