When I went from the stack size 17 to stock size 20 the overall assembly was the exact same size.You do not need to have anything programed. I run the same tire pressure as the 17 with no issue.

There are screws behind each of the rear tires amd some in the lift gate area. Then pull out where the bumper and the quarter meets. Then pull straight back.

Up sizing the wheel will not affect ABS at all. However depending how much bigger the over all size is the speedometer maybe off some.

It will fit. Denali and escalade are the same rack. I got mine from the dealer for $365.00 and the body shop next door to my work painted the caps.
