gauge pegged past 80 psi, and tach drives at 500 rpm. Weird, but 3 month ago it was cold, and tahoe sat at hospital while we had baby, middle of night i drove home and speedo freaked out. unhooked battery and its OK, just notchy when moving. Is my whole cluster "bent"? Thanks

    (((quick wheel bearing question)))

The ABS sensor is in the Hub. If your bearings are bad, then thats probably why the light is on. New hub $180, not hard to put on. Should fix all ur problems

They are supposed to fix it. Somewhere around $55,000 I think. John is dealing with it, and it has been a hassle I know.

I will tell you what my dad always told me, not that you asked or it is my business. Buy with your head, and not your heart. I have an 04 Z-71 Hoe just like yours. I love it. But let me break it down for you from my experience, and its true as sh*t- I was 18 years old, bought a 85 MR2, had...

    Power Steering Noise

I had that problem, not on the Tahoe, but it ended up being the rack. I dont remember if these have racks or not. That still shouldnt make noise till you turn anyway, so I dont know. Good luck though.

We have to tear a section of the wall out and re-do it. The trash truck slid into it and pushed it about 5 or 6 inches off of its base and now it leans. Big no no. Big bucks and a lot of neon to replace.

When you come back let me know. You need to try the spicy wantons. They are my favorite when I have a cold. I actually eat them for a meal sometimes. Also try the house fried rice. It has shrimp, pork, etc. Those are my two favorites.

Ya, Moo is awesome. You would be amazed at how many people request her. She is real good with customers. I had heard that Zio's were closing, but it must have been a rumor cause they are still open. It is probably my favorite Italian place in town.

    Throttle Body Mod

I could on the Tahoe, not the 2000 Silverado, but I had it dyno tuned at the same time. Tahoe did help throttle response in most conditions. I doubt its a lot faster, just takes in a little cooler air. We all know what that means.

    Sat radio hookup

My 04 Hoe has the 6 disc indash, no cassette player. I am tired of using the fm tuner for sirius radio, and want to wire it in. I have aux button on head unit, but no hook ups for anything. I dont drive this much, but like to have it when I do, I have it in my Dodge built in. I dont want to...

    Which Tires?

I agree M/T's look cool, but not very functional for highway use. Terra Grapplers are cool and I have had real good luck with on a 2500 4wd dodge Hemi. BFG A/T KO's are very hard to beat for grip and wear and handling on and off road. I bought a new set of take off Firestone somethings from a...

Coolant loss with no external leak

Watch for excessive moisture on exhaust tips, some is normal depending on temp and how often you drive. If your oil is muddy, you have real trouble. Intake gaskets are common to leak on these, pain to change but possible if you have tools and time. Good luck on this.

    Oil Pressure Question

It will move up with rpms, cold or thick oil, and once oil is warm, it will drop at idle. Mine is 20 lbs higher anyway when accelerating. If it does not move, you need to worry. LOL
