You can disagree all you want, but when I plug in my Ipod, I can turn it up pretty damn loud without any distortion...You might want to have your speakers checked by the dealer...Mine sound fine at loud volumes...

I believe the cutouts are so you can leave your 3rd row seats in & do whatever you want with them...The cutouts are right where the rails are for the seats to be installed...Those are the 2 options when you order the liner...It either has the slots for the rails for the 3rd row or it...
