You may have to start process over from the begining. I would suggest over inflating all tires and repeat process. Keep deflating until you get the chirp from horn. It will work. Some tires take longer than others. I found that to be true with mine when I changed my wheels.

Other that front end issue which is my own fault, Im OK with the Tahoe,but in February of 2010 the Tahoe is history. Going with a New Camaro with an LS3. Once a performance nut always a performance nut....!! I'm, giving GM a year to work out any bugs. Hopefully they'll still be in business.

+1....I did it the same way and worked out perfect. Start with L/F , R/F , R/R and L/R. L/R will chirp horn twice , others will be once. It's in your manual too.

6.2 right. Shouldnt be an issue for a short distance. Take it easy and it'll be fine. I towed enclosed race car trailers for years , so I do have some experience. Keep an eye on Trans temp. If your hitch set up allows for weight distributing bars use them. Your Kon will do just fine............!!

I'd worry about the lens getting too hot.

Chances are the hinges are the problem. Maybe pulled away from hingepost. Either way it's not a hard fix for a collison shop. Take to a place that you are comfortable with and I'm sure they'll hook you up. Shouldn't be pricey either.
