Oh sorry. I thought you meant get rid of it as it hangs down from the top of the roof. You're just trying to do unlatch the buckle in the seat correct? Disconnect the rear safety belt mini-latch, using a key in the slot on the mini-buckle, and let the belt retract into the headliner.

It tucks in. Why remove it?
