You may need to check with the dealer because I had a similar issue in the past and they had to replace one of the hydraulic piece in the back. But this was while it was in warranty... hope all goes well for you

It looks very tempting! I am only hoping that later on down the road, someone figures out a way to get CarPlay to work on 2015s instead of paying additional money to get the feature. Most of us paid a lot of money to buy the 2015 and having to pay another 1300 to get the feature is just crazy...
Hey guys, I was just reading up on Apple CarPlay and Chevy being a major partner to release 2016 models with CarPlay builtin. Was wondering if somehow it may be a possibility to have that in 2015 models over MyLink?
Ive seen some of the reviews on it and I think will definitely be better...
For mine, it is using low beams as DRL. Depending on how bright it is outside, I would say the majority of the time, mine is on. Sometimes I would just manually turn it off.

Glad I found this post leafman60. I have been looking at the husky mud flaps myself and haven't bought them yet because I was searching for pictures of how did fit on the Z71. Do you have any pics to show?
Thx!

Has anyone gotten security alarm for their 2015 Tahoe? Was taking a look around and trying to see if anyone has thoughts about this?
I am interested in knowing if I can somehow continue to use my OEM remote for the Tahoe with proximity alarm?
Thanks!
I preordered my Z71 Tahoe and they told me 8 weeks. It was the longest 8 weeks I've ever waited but when the time came, it was worth the wait. Lovin my Z71 [emoji1]

Thanks 73vetteman, I think when I put it in I followed the diagram that came with the hids which was horrible and I connect red the capacitor to the ballast instead of the vehicle plug like you just mentioned. I will give it a shot later on today. Thank you!

Wow. Some kits, you just plug into the factory headlight wire no cutting or anything.
Also, for my kit it came with relay harness and capacitors. I plug everything in and turn on my lights but they only come on for 2 seconds and they go off. Any one else experience this? Am I wiring something...
Kilroy, you have to take the airbox out and then mount the ballasts underneath. The airbox is only held down by 3 rubber pieces. After you remove it then Plug n play. Lol

Hey guys, I am new to this forum and Tahoe's in general. This will be my first time getting an SUV and just wanted to know if the extra 1700 was worth it to get the Z71 package for the suspension and underbody plates as opposed to getting a regular LT? Thanks!
