the pump looked exactly the same 2 the t. just the wire is different

ok i drop the tank and change the pump. i go to change the little harness that comes with the new pump and had a problem. the stock wire harness is 3 wires, black, gray and green. the new one is 4 black, gray, purple and orange/black any of you huys done this before?

thats what someone else told me, it was a part that needed to be lubercated. id rather do it the right way and get new steering knuckle if thats my problem. thanks i will look into that

the first stages

yes i did the doublbe din swap my self. i bought a dd dash kit and cut the back off it to make it flat then cut the corners to round them out, then cut the dash to sit it flush and molded the kit in with plastic weld. finally i used bondo to mold it with a nice clean look

i think we might accomplish more if everyone bought from 1 gas station for like a few weeks instead of a 1 day strike. if everyone bought from sunoco or hess for a month the other stations would start to drop there prices to compete. just sounds better to me then a 1 day strike

i always run 0 gauge so its to thick to run inside the vehicle. like wrenchguy said the jackey is pretty thick, ive never had a problem.

i bought a dd dash kit then cut the plastic off the back of the dash kit to make it flat. then i cut the bezel so the kit would sit flush with it. ( had to grind a few corners on the kit to make them rounded. i used plastic weld to mend them together. sanded, more plastic weld, sanded, more...
