I did search this but still couldn't find a definite answer.... I have a 2004 5.3 Suburban and am doing an oil change tomorrow. I want to go full synthetic - but not sure what oil weight to go with or filter that works best --- anyone ? thanks

I've seen a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and it's stock hood looks pretty damn sweet. They have a nice raised center portion, but the lines look flat along the grill. Has anyone ever tried swapping that hood onto a 2004 Suburban/Tahoe ?
