I had to replace the sending unit, which I just replaced the unit, pump and all. Its working flawlessly now.

Here's a pic of what i was talking about. Somebody please tell me what the 1 2 C means or what its used for?

No pic, but I will get one this morning. Its located right above the up/down arrows for the sunroof.

My buttons are 1,2, and C. Not sure what the C is either. I held the 1 and C but didnt see anything. This may not even be the buttons for an opener, but I think/thought they were. I held them and didnt notice any type of light. I'm going back out to see if I can see anything.

Where is the homelink indicator? Sorry if its a dumb question, but I have no manual or nothing for my truck.

I just did this in my '01 BMW and want to program the one in my Truck. It was pretty easy in the beemer, but not sure where to start. It would be good to make this a "How to" sticky for all the different things to be done to these trucks, maintenance and etc.... Thanks in advance.

I would say the fuel pump for one. Maybe the tranny, but not that likely IMO. I just feel that way about all Chevy rwd trannys since I've seen so many go bad. Including the one in my '96 Impala SS. Fuel Pump too. Good luck

I'm guessing that my float is going bad, and I want to replace the pump, sending unit, and the float. Any good info. or tips on doing this?

My fuel gauge reads correctly, but every so often, it will fall to empty and then the low fuel light will come on. Shortly after, it will rise back up to the correct reading, and back down to Empty again. Could this be a bad sending unit? If not what could be the fix for this. Dont really mind...
