I'm still working on my rear a/c, I also believe is my aux control module but not sure 100% yet (working an the electrical connector from the modules) once you get yours fixed can you let me know what was exactly? I believe we have the same problem.
Sounds like it an electrical problem, check your wire harness with a volt meter for the rear a/c and try to find where the current is passing through...the control module could be damage...hope this helps.

I'm kinda on the same boat but on mine the rear a/c doesn't work at all. I think there's a thread here related to your problem, maybe a resistor blower not working properly or the vents getting stuck?

Does anyone know if the 05 tahoe LS have 2 separate blower resistor, one for the front and the other for the rear a/c. My rear a/c turn on at all however the lights on the console do work. Anyone have any clue what could be?
