Default 2000 Tahoe Flasher location and help

Can anyone tell me where the flasher is on a 2000 Tahoe? A picture would be very helpful. My front right blinker will not work, but the bulb is illuminated. The rear works fine but the blinker ticks real fast and the front does not work. I was told the flasher was bad, but I can not find it. Thanks for your help or opinions.

This is typical of a burned out bulb. Your front bulb is suspect. Change this and then the flasher will probably have the load it needs to function.
