I'm getting my 2004 Black Tahoe back in a few days, and I've acquired a sub and amp to put in. I know that it has a bose system in it, but not the all-star.
I'm not going to replace the stock radio head right now, I'm going to wait until I've got the cash to buy a touch screen Pioneer radio.
Question is, I want to replace my door speakers as well as put the sub in. I've looked at them, and they look to be around 5 1/4' in the front speakers. Besides that, I know I have to buy a converter for the back of the radio to wire my amp up. What all do I need to do?

I have a 12' Rockford Fosgate Sub in box, and a 600W Sony amp (Will be replacing this soon).
Please give me some hints, or the link to a topic about it?
Thanks! :happy160:

A buddy of mine told me that all I have to do, is splice the back speaker wires and hook it up to my amp wires and run it through to my amp and sub. But, I don't know if that'll work?
