Overly sensitive steering that feels like the "Power" steering is at full pressure regardless of speed. Changed out the steering position sensor with no change. I have been unable to figure out how the steering system is supposed to regulate the pressure from the power steering pump to the rack and pinion system. I can find no electrical connections to any component of the steering system where the signal from the steering position sensor would have any effect. Maybe a missing regulator, wires cut and tucked away? This Tahoe was purchased last year from a small repair shop so I'm sure many "Fixes" have been accomplished over the years. Any info on how the "feedback" system is designed would help.
