I have a 2016 with 12k miles Tahoe LT bought brand new, it's pretty loaded with all the bells and whistles and about 6 days ago the radio\nav screen started cutting in an out and I sent it to the dealer. They initially told me it was just going to take a software update however that afternoon when I picked it up they said it needed a Human Interface Module and its on national B\O. Is anyone else having this problem and if so how long did\are you waiting for a new module? :help: I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am in a $60k car having problems within 8 months of owning it and the part being on B\O. I can't control the volume, can't change radio stations, can't use nav or dvd player at all and can't charge a phone.......
