How to change driver settings

Hello. I'm new to the Tahoe world and just bought an 03. There's much I want to learn so I'll start with this ?? Mine is a pretty standard model which suits me just fine. I do not have an EVIC, just a display where the odo. is. Every time I start it, Driver 1 shows up on the display so I'm thinking there may be a way to personalize settings such as turning off the horn beep when locking doors and disabling the doors from locking/unlocking when being put into park. My owners manual does not explain so I wondered what you all may know.

Oh shoot! I just realized I put this in the wrong section. Can a Mod. please move this to the 2000-2006 area?
