I have bought a new Chevy Tahoe in August 2016. Within three months of buying the car, I started feeling intermittent hard brake pedals. I went to the dealer, they checked and replaced vacuum pump. The problem again appeared within a month. They checked again and did brake fluid bleeding but the problem didn't go. Now they have replaced the major brakes components such as vacuum pump, booster, master cylinder etc. The brakes are better now but sometimes pedals becomes hard for short time and then becomes normal. Is this normal behaviour due to varying road conditions or there is some issue?
