I've got a 2004 Tahoe with all wheel drive, when I make turns (right or left) the 4 wheel drive seems like it's kicking in. I've changed both cv joints, because of the noise I heard when going from forward to reverse, but the problem is still there. Is there a way I can just shut down the 4 wheel drive. Is there a actuator motor I can unplug and still drive the truck with out doing damage? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
