Usb ports

The USB ports located behind the radio screen and in the console have stopped working while the two ports in the arm rest work just fine. It's like the power has gone from them when they all used to work. They won't connect to a USB drive for media nor will they connect to a phone anymore. Can't figure out if they may have a separate fuse. Any advice would be appreciated.

check the fuse box
if nothing is burnt, call the dealer
car is under warranty and they should fix it

Thanks. The dealer wants to remove the dash and console. To extreme and probably wouldn't get it back together correctly.
