I just bought a 97 Tahoe 4x4 with a 350 and was wondering how much they can tow???

Well i changed the cap and the rotor and took the it out for a spin and it seems to run a little better and rpms actually go up but they go up very slow and before they would not even move. The next thing i will be doing is the plugs, wires and fuel filter.

Where can i get a tune up kit? Also what the hell is SEAFOAM?
