    Lights won't go off

    I have a 2002 tahoe with approx 200000 miles. It has been a great car with very few issues. I have a problem now that when the ignition is turned off and the light switch is set on automatic the lights and buzzer stay on. If the switch is on manual the lights stay off. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Yes they do, in fact there are quite a few of them. I remember reading about them a while back on the forum, and one company was reccomended highly over the others.

    A while back my 2002 Tahoe's check engine light came on and showed code P0440. My only sympton has been the gas tank not venting. I can hear the pressure releasing when I loosen the gas cap. Doing a search I think I have it narrowed down to either a purge valve, or a fuel tank pressure sensor...

    Thanks for the reply. Did you happen to notice your fuel tank not venting? That seems to be the only symptom I notice as the engine runs and idles fine.
