Really easy. takes five minutes. 1. open rear window only. 2. remove the 2 10mm nuts 3. remove the 3 torx bolts 4. the whole rear spoler is now loose 5. close window 6. disconnect wire harness behind light 7. remove the 3rd light with 2 10mm nuts and it will slide out. good luck.

I have a good paint guy that does all our paint for my dealership. He sands down the plastic smooth to make it look like the top part and paints. I can get you a cost of you would like. I had him do a lot at the same time, so not sure excatly what just the mirrors cost. pm me for more info...
