My head unit holds 6 cd's and I can't them to eject or get my CD's to play. Is there any way to get them out? Do I need to replace the head unit? If so, is there an aftermarket unit available where I can still use my OEM controls on my steering wheel?

Does anyone have any conclusions as to what is casuing this? I heard from a friend that there is an actuator in the dash that needs to be replaced for the rear heat.
