Yep, mine also are all wrapped in plastic in the attic storage above my garage and will not see the light of day until I trade it off someday!

Mine did not have the electrical connector so can't help you there. It will come apart so there has to be a release somewhere on the connector and most of them have a small tab that you press to release.

It can be replaced/changed without removing the door panel, it is snapped into the bezel which pops up out of the panel.

Does anybody know if you have to remove the drivers door panel on a 2015 Yukon/Tahoe to replace the mirror switch or can it be replaced without removing the panel?

A similar "push button" release as earlier models is under the seat cover material, there is one on each post and pushes in from the left to the right (on the left side of each post). Why the heck GM did this is beyond me. Guess in makes it easier for the robot to put the seat cover on! At...

Anyone know how to remove the 2nd row headrests in a 2015 Tahoe/Yukon? I know GM says they are not adjustable or removable, but there has to be some way as they are a separate item from the seat and I don't think they upholstered the seat after installing the headrest. Gene

Mine of course did not have power seats but here is what you will have, just a connector

Remove the 60% seat first by lifting the front to clear the peg, then remove the 40% side Picture shows parts removed to remove the seats

Next separate the two seats, the two front bolts are 15mm and are horizontal, the single rear bolt is vertical and is 13mm

Next remove the front bolts with a 15mm socket Next remove the rear bolts with a 15mm socket
