Hey wade I have the same issues with my 99 ToeHoe! only dif. 4 me is when my Gas gauge "jumps" it's ALWAYS towards E ! When you tuned it did you clean your MAF(Mass Air Flow)? Makes a significant change to performance on fuelyinjected's when there dirty! Bout the only way I get over 8MPG...
