You could get away with a flush because your mileage is low but really the best way is to drop the pan and do the filter. If you are doing a lot of stop and go or heavy towing frequently I would say defiantly change the filter with the fluild. Put some new dex 6 in there it works awsome...

If you climate control is selected to defrost or defrost/feet you ac compressor will run even with the fans off and the AC button off. At least mine and my fathers aways does.
