Well they are opening up the engine on my 07 Tahoe to inspect and probably replace all the lifters. Seems that is the reason #1 cylinder won't fire. Something about the AFM lifters being bad. Tahoe has 120K miles so....no warranty. Anything else that I should have done while the engine is apart?
I had the same thing and my dealer said I needed all new lifters....put a can of Seafoam in the oil and problem was solved. Now a month later same issues. Codes read at Autozone say #1 cylinder not firing. Could be coil, sparkplug???
