Yes. I go to start truck and it does not crank, no ticking, nothing. Then the next turn of the key it could crank over and fire right up like nothing was wrong. Battery is good and fully charged . I have fuel and spark. So I am assuming it is ignition related or ?

Ok, now that I fixed the battery issue I am having another starting issue. I now get nothing when turning key. The dash lights come on when I turn key but nothing when trying to turn over truck. I wiggle key, turn back to ACC, radio comes on fine, etc.. Turn key 5+more times and it starts fine...

Ok, so I checked my codes today. It was a code 32, EGR circuit. What avenue should I take to tackle this issue? The truck runs fine, I have no issues. Although I do need to fix exhaust leak at muffler. Pao did a poor job of putting in a new turbo muffler.

No, I haven't tried to get codes yet. So I will let you know what I do find.

I am also going to start on my rear swingaway bumper with tire carrier, Hi-Lift mount and jerrycan mount soon. I'm just in the middle of finshing a customers rear winch bumper now. My personal projects take a back seat.

I could build them like this, with winch mount and D-ring shackle mounts for $500. I don't know what shipping would cost you though. If there were enough demand for them I could look into shipping/truck freight costs.

Yeah, I know how to get codes. My issue is when I get home or wherever, shut truck off and SES light resets and goes away. So I can't get codes...... when I turn key on its normal.

Well, my actuator works fine (one near gas pedal). But still don't get flow velocity in forward vents when putting dial in that position. I removed vac line from heater control valve under hood and I got heat through defrost and defrost/feet. So, I assume my solenoid may be bad then?
