I had changed the fuel filter as well already, but it turned out that i hadn't cleaned the MAF well enough so i took it all the way apart and used a little brush from my gun cleaning kit and a tooth brush to clean the tiny resistors in it. Reassembled and it runs like a striped ass ape now
