got 116k on my 04' denali with no problems. She's ready for a change of differential fluid but still running strong. Love the AWD and love the 6.0 even more.

A flowmaster muffler will give you more popping and raspy tone. I personally think it's one of the best sounding mufflers. Magnaflow seems to be a more mellow, monotone rumble. I went with a 50 series big block suv muffler and am very happy. Love the sound - could care less if I gain HP.

Flowmaster 50 Big Block. I went with this and am very happy. Has the typical flowmaster rumble and sounds great. Gets loud when you put your foot into it but when driving normally it really isn't that bad. Nice low rumble, that is what I would recommend.

What would be the fuse called? I can't find anything specific in the owners manual and can't seem to find it on the chart inside the fuse door.

I went with this muffler http://www.flowmastermufflers.com/50_bb.html Very happy with it. Really can't hear it much when on the freeway or cruising (which I like) but on acceleration or when you punch it, it gets loud.

Sounds good. I had a 50 Series Big Block welded in a couple weeks ago. No droning and barks a little when you get on it. Perfect for me.

hmm no idea. Maybe its time for plugs, wires, fuel filter, tune up? How many miles are on yours. I have 112k and it was in for a tune up right around 100k. Even with a real strong headwind I still get about 14mpg. We have a cottage 180 miles away and I can make it there and back on one...

In my onstar diagnostic report I got this Emissions System Diagnostic Status: Complete. There may be an issue requiring action. Push your blue OnStar button and request a GM Goodwrench Remote Diagnostic. Could be related to the muffler just installed? or coincidence? Thoughts?
