Yes, I put AC plugs in, talking to a lot of people they all said AC, one guy I spoke to put in some no name brand, and he got real bad gas mileage and misfires, but that's what you get for going cheap.

When I bought my tahoe new in '02, my first oil change I went to Mobil1 synthetic, never had any problems and I now have 140k miles on it. I also changed the transmission fluid to synthectic right away, and never had problems, despite some people saying I shouldn't have.
