sorry, been reading 07 posts for a while... then yes you can unwind the torsion bar a little in the front, but you will need different coil springs in the rear, unless you have a 3/4ton and then it has leaf springs and you can use a lowering block.
depends on what you used to lower it in the first place...
there are no torsion bars on the 07 + trucks... coil spring all around
if you used a 2" drop spindle in the front you might be able to find a 1" spring, and change to rear springs to a 4" drop.... if you used drop springs all around...
