Undercoat it I did it to my Tahoe and its holding up. Be sure to neutralize the rust first.

Have the dealership run your VIN they can tell you what gearing you have and if it came with a posi unit too.

Try stockinteriors.com when I did my 99 I used them and it was spot on I went with a ultra plush W/ matching mats WOW. Cost some $$$$$ but if your keeping it then go for it, I did it back in 2010 and still looks awesome.

INTAKE Get a new MAF sensor it cleared my codes up.

Water Pass Side Spray water where your *AC* lines go in the firewall I had water leaking in from their. I used clear silicone and undercoating spray to seal it up. Now its good

Squirt some water where the AC lines go through the fire wall I had to reseal mine their I used a clear silicone and then undercoating spray. I had a bad leak.
