Im thinking a heatshield as well. Sometimes the beating/shaking doesnt create the correct motion to replicate the rattle. Different RPM and load on system works the same way
275 should be fine regardless of offset. I'd go with the +12mm.
+19mm seems to be the magic number for staying under the fender as far as lowered setups go.

pretty sure a 33" is going to rub more than you want. More so, with that wheel its gonna rub the lower fender and the corner of the bumper instead of the inner wheel well.
that tire size is nearly 2 inches taller than stock, and that rim pushes it out 1-1.5" further than the stock
that it does. i used to blow the connection at the rear of the frame all the time. blew the front connection next to the fuse box once or twice as well
