    Took it to a power train specialist shop and they pulled the cover and found bearing filings on the magnet. They suspect the carrier bearings, so a complete overhaul including the axle bearings ($1100). 103k miles.

    2007 Service Manual On-line?

    Does anyone know if the service/repair manual is on-line? I need to remove the carpet from the back and don't know how to get the panels off. Any help is appreciated.
