well i got rid of the muffler, and i couldnt be happier with the sound. its got a good deep sound to it. unless i really stab it then it gets kind of rough sounding

i have had straight pipes before, but since moving into my new house i had to muffel it again because neighborhood complaints. it was loud as hell but didnt sound like crap. im just trying to figure out if it damages anything mechanically

are there any drawbacks to having straight pipes on my tahoe?? ive got tru duals right now with a muffler, but i think its about time to cut it off
