Mine does that too, every now and then. However, it seems to only do it when the temps are below 30*F.

That certainly wouldn't have been my first choice, BUT if they work for you then congrats !!!! The main thing is they work, and you did it yourself. For me, they wouldn't last 15 minutes in that spot before I ripped them off either with my foot or pulling something out of the truck. :ack:

On Wranglers, 45 psi is a tad too much. Ride is REALLY harsh and you start getting more centertire wear. I run 40 psi and it's a decent compromise.

The wiring you can simply run along the seats, under the door thresholds. There's plenty of room. And there's plenty of places on the dash or center console for the switch.

Nice write up, and nice job. I just wired mine to a switch in the center console. That way I can control them from the driver's seat.

Well, I'm not totally stupid. I did check the fuse, and the relay I installed was brand new. BUT, after I thought about it, I started troubleshooting, and started with the fuse again and relay. The fuse was fine, but the brand new relay was defective. I replaced the relay, and all is well...
