Have a 2003 Tahoe. Tried cranking down the spare and it manages to drop the cable but then the cradle hangs up and won't drop.
I tried what the manual says, crank it all the way up till it clicks twice. That didn't work. Then tried pushing up on the cradle like the manual says and that...
I replaced my compressor awhile back and now one of my rear shocks is leaking, it has a tear in the bag. Ugh! Not sure if I want to drop another $400 on new shocks. :ack:
I got this one too, and I have had a problem with my speedo. I have been able to get it to reset, mine is about 25k over the 70k warranty. If I get it to fail again I will go dicker with the dealer again and see if they will fix it, no way am I paying $300 to fix it.
IMO, this is a safety...
I finally got mine replaced also, it got here really quickly from Arnott. Mine was not quite a 15 minute job. One of my screws broke while trying to extricate it. Went and picked up some new ones @ the hardware store, and replaced the one holding the dryer on.
Course the new ones were hex...
Mine had the size electropenciled on the case, was on the top. Little hard to read but mine had 145 A on it.
Other thing to do is look at the numbers on the old belt, that should match up fairly closely. I went with the Gatorback from Goodyear.
My a/c idler pulley had a spot to stick...
So did it come with the dryer? Or did you have to use the one off the old one.
Does anyone know if there is a way to tell if your compressor is dead. Mine does not come on anymore and I tried actuating the levelers and nothing happened. Is there another way to turn the compressor on...
