Does the power liftgate work when you try opening it via the toggle switch on the inside of the truck?

That's the changer I'm looking at (just because it's stock). Clearly that one has no dvd though, which is fine because we wouldn't be using it now. I just want to keep the dvd option available. Is there an aftermarket changer that includes a dvd slot?

Has anybody gone from the single CD/DVD (no nav) system to the 6-disc changer? We have no kids and the 6-disc is more of a fit for me. Is there a way to have both the disc changer AND utilize the DVD?

Just wanted to stop in and say "Hi"! I traded in my Impala last week for a 2007 Tahoe. It's quite the change but I'm enjoying it so far (so is my husband... he has a 2003 Silverado). Thanks in advance for all the help and information!
