Mystery tube to where?

Her gidders I checked today and do not see that tube on the pass side rear near the firewall...do you know where it comes from so I can try and back-trace it to see if I have it on mine?

If it ever stops raining I will go out and take a look...I also have a 2000 NBS w/ 5.3
