All Done. Running sweet. No check engine light (yet!). All the parts fitted, the gasket did look a lot different but fitted well once the intake manifold was added.

Stripped to cleaning point. Wow, dirty is not the word..

My stepsons Tahoe has knock sensor codes thrown and I will be replacing the sensors with the help of Youtube videos and my own hands on knowledge. Below is the list of replacement parts I intend to order. Tahoe 2001 knock sensor parts I intend to order via Amazon for my 2001 4.8L V8 SFI Base...
