I have a 96 2DR Chevy Tahoe 4x4 and recently I took it for a smog check everything was fine except that when they plugged the wire to the computer it wasn't trasfering the vehile information to the computer I tried 2 different places just to make sure it wasn't the shops pc but the problem...

Yesterday I was trying to remove the Fender Flares out of my truck (they are the stock ones it came with the truck) but after removing the screws the flares still wouldn't come off...if I take the off will there be any holes on the body.... I'm planning to lower my truck it's a 96 2DR Chevy...
