    spark plug removal got it out. 5/8" swivel socket and long ratchet. scraped and scratched my arms. hopefully no change out for 60 or more k miles. thanks.

    is there a trick to getting out the rear spark plug against the firewall on the passenger side of my 01 Tahoe? kind of tough to get a spark plug socket down there and get it out.:p:p

    im new to this forum . does anyone know a good way to get out the #8 (passenger rear) spark plug? have tried 5/8" FLEX SOCKET, straight 5/8" socket, underneath car (no good). that cylinder has 110,000 miles on it and needs the plug changed. all the others i have replaced and put in new plug...
