WOW! For that price I think I can rig something up myself. Anything cheaper than $1200?
Skytek has one of those. Mostly all of them are made by the same company and then branded out and a few have "custom" casings to make them look different.
As far as advise on them? Well... I can tell...
Sounds to me like this would work better...
That way you dont even have to scrub.
But hit me up if they do a group buy and I'll chip in anyway to try it out.
I have been thinking of a HD DVR too but I dont know where to get one small enough and without the need for too many mods to work in the car & with the alarm. Do you know of a product that I dont?
15 SIRENS?!!????! A little excessive no? I use the prox for the same thing. Its great for when the windows are down... and when they are up... well, you dont have to worry about all the false alarms they set off.
I have been meaning to install a "state of the art" DEI remote start pager...
Looks like some type of gun sprayed some foam on your car.
Ok smart guy.... what is the advantage of your foam gun and what does it actually do other than spraying suds on your car? Are you implying that you dont need to scrub? Or is that just a super fast way of soaping...
I have been installing proximity sensors for 6 years and I have not ONCE had it work properly on a car with tinted windows. Maybe because almost all good quality tint contains metallic and especially around here. A good quality tint is made to block UV rays and therefore it will contain metallic...
Seems like you have two different problems.
The vibrating sounds like the fan bearings. Either you busted a blade or the bearings are worn out. Its the big white fan blade right behind the radiator and under that roundilydo plastic cover directly in the front center of your engine...
I bet you it was pretty expensive.
I think its a misspelling of "shroud" conversion. The looks to be a custom fiberglass box designed specifically for the customer. Either fiberglass and paint or more than likely fiberglass and vinyl.
Reminds me of the speaker box I made once for a boat.
probably not since the stock sub is behind the plastic panel. You could always just take it out and use the "tool access panel" to stuff sh!t in there. Or you can do like I did and install your amplifiers behind that panel.
Sounds like it is GM's fault.
People with even the new pumps are still having problems, so why hasn't GM used a new seal for the replacement pumps? Obviously because its a good business.
