    No temperature control on my 2002 escalade

    Every since I have had it, I have NO temperature control in my escalade. If I want it hot...I have to turn the knob all the way to the hot side. If I dont turn it all the way to the hot side where the knob "locks" out, it will just be cold It does this with all 3 AC controls for the front...
