04 tahoe 5.3 dies when you turn the steering wheel

Ive been working on an 04 tahoe as a car for myself. Bought it cheap after a collision with a pole. And then it sat for over a year. Finally got it started And now im having some random issues. My biggest is it dies when you turn the Steering wheel. Replaced the throttle body and im replacing sparkplugs today. Also when you turn the steering wheel the hazard lights come on.. that one has me stumped. And finally where is the fuse/relay for the obd plug in located so i can get the codes read. When i try to do diagnostic i get nothing.
